Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring a plus-one unless it is on your invitation. If you have a plus-one, they will be included with your RSVP online.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No. In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation and fun, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion.

What should I wear?

Semi-formal attire Ladies: Cocktail dresses, midi dresses, jumpsuits Men: Suit or blazer, dress shirt, tie optional

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at 3:45 pm CST so everyone has time to park and find a seat.

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be indoors with air conditioning.

What is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

August 1st, 2026! Sorry, we will not be accepting late RSVPs. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP by the deadline you will be marked as not attending.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP via our wedding website. Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance.

What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Please let Gus or Rachael know of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Our caterer will do their best to accommodate you. We will have a vegetarian option upon request.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Of course! There will be beer, wine, seltzers and cocktails available. Per WI state law, alcohol not provided by the venue is forbidden anywhere on the property so please do not BYOB.

Will transportation be provided

Answer

Yes, shuttles to and from the venue will be provided. They will be leaving at designated times from both hotels. More information will be provided closer to the event.

Is there parking available on-site?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue. Also, cars can be left in the parking lot overnight but must be picked up by 10am the morning after.
