Quincey and Cole met in August of 2020 at a classmate’s (and now close friend’s) home prior to starting PA school during the heart of the COVID pandemic. It wasn’t necessarily love at first sight , as Quincey had a hard time getting over Cole’s heavy Minnesotan accent and weird hiking shoes. Throughout many unfiltered group hangouts and study sessions, they became close friends. On a particular March night at McGoverns in 2021, with the help of a few drinks, they gained the courage to move past the friend zone. Fast forward 3 years later to a puppy (Stanley), living together, and finally on April 3, 2024 Cole asked Quincey to marry him on Quincey’s favorite hike (Mount Morrison) back home in Colorado. They have since bought a home in St. Paul and have a second puppy (Lenny) to add to their perfect little family.
