Maid of Honor
Hi hi! My name is Maja, and Qira and I are twins. Over the years we’ve bonded over games and books, adventures, ups and downs, and countless conversations. She makes me laugh and understands me like no one else ever could. For these reasons and so many more, I am so honored to be her maid of honor. And to answer your question - yes, we can read each other’s minds.

I’m Katie and have known Qira for 6 years now! I still remember the first day I met her like it was yesterday. I was new to her military unit and she graciously took me in under her wing. She has been instrumental in my life, turning me from a shy 18 year old afraid to stand my ground, to the independent motivated woman I am today. Her energy is contagious, and there is no one else I’d rather have spent my better years dancing like there’s no tomorrow with on Caroline St or Broadway. 🥰🥰🥰
Bridesmaid
Qira and I met in April of 2014, however we were not Facebook official friends until May 4, 2014. My first impression of Qira consisted of her passion for Samoa girl scout cookies--a love so strong that one risked losing limbs should they steal one from her. During our time in training, we shared stories of our families, loved ones and prior training experiences, creating a sense of home away from home and comradery as weeks were dedicated to time in service. Facing the unique challenges of being a woman in a male-dominated field, our friendship provided a safe space for each other to discuss our experiences and grow as adults and professionals. Built on trust, respect and mutual support, the friendship I have established with Qira has been able to transcend distance and has continued to flourish, even in times of prolonged communication.

Hey! My name is Nakaela. To best describe my relationship with my sister Taqira, I would like to share — she was always the pink barbie and I was always the blue barbie. She has no trouble being the baddest b and I love to sit back and let her do her thing. Through everything Taqira is a rock, one I'll always choose to lean on. Grateful to be a part of the pink barbie’s wedding.

You were a tween when we met, and who knew that fourteen years later we'd be so close? I love you like a sister and hope that you achieve every dream that you have. Work hard and those goals will become less challenging. But nothing easy was ever worth working for. You're a great mother, raising an awesome little girl. You're doing a great job. I love you forever and always :)
Father of the Bride
It's seems like yesterday you taking your first steps while holding on to my pinkies but I've been preparing for this ever moment since you graduated college the Dredd that another man would be number #1 in your life. I love you! I'm so proud of you! and excited to witness your next journey, and watch you build your family!
Mother of the Bride
You were a witness to our marriage in 1997, and I am honored to be a part of yours 25 years later. Love you and are excited for you
Mother of the Groom
Patrick, I don't know where the years went. I blinked and you were in kindergarten, I blinked again and you were graduating high school, and now soon to be married. You are a father to a beautiful boy and a stepfather. May God bless you, Qira and the boys, may he watch over your family always and bring you through life's best surprises and the challenges too. love you always, Mom
Father of the Groom
Pat had a great father figure in his father and learned how to work hard and provide for his family. He also got his love of cooking from him as well.
Best Man
I've known Pat since 6th grade and we have been through a lot together. I am honored to be a part of this special day with him and his wife to be.
Groomsman
Jake and Pat have been friends for years. They both are blue collar workers who love hunting and QUIET time.
Groomsman
Peter is Pat's younger brother and is the expert on the best ways to annoy Pat and get under his skin. In their recent adult years, the sibling dynamic has mellowed out, however, we all know its sometimes fun to poke the bear. Peter hopes to soon be living in New York City with a new job and new opportunities. We wish him the best of luck. Hopefully we haven't scared you away too much from fatherhood and maybe we will one day have a niece or nephew :)
Groomsman
Mason and Pat have known each other since high school. They have been through a lot of shenanigans that may or may not have included questionable activities in their teen years. One thing is for certain, they know how to have a good time! Nowadays, both of them are hardworking men with beautiful families.
Flower Girl
Estella Meadow I love you so much you beautiful blue-eyed girl. Your beauty will be without compare, and that PERSONALITY. I fear for your future husband because you will not be a weak woman by any means. You deserve everything and more, my sweet girl. Love you to the moon and back. -- Ty

Although only two, Travis has such personality and is the best of Qira and Pat. He is no-doubt going to be a strong-willed and formidable man when he grows up. He enjoys cuddling with Mama and Da Da and playing sword-fights with his brother. He is unafraid to point his little finger at daddy when he is being too loud and to tell mama "no" when she is smothering him too much. His laugh is infectious. He is the heart of the family.
