Crossgates Mall

Crossgates Mall is always updating and changing their stores and activities. There are escape rooms, gaming centers, loads of restaurants and shopping. Please check it out if you have the time :)

Bowman Orchards

If you are not from NY you have got to stop and do some apple picking! Bowman Orchards is a great orchard and has lots of activities to do. Don't forget to grab those delicious apple cider donuts!

Lake George

Lake George is certainly packed with fun during the summer. I know the wedding is in early October, however, some of the shops may still be open and the weather permitting a nice boat ride may be just what you need to relax.

Brown's Brewing Company's Troy Taproom and Brewery

Wolf Road

If you're a foodie the Albany area definitely has a TON of places to eat and shop. On Wolf Road, The Colonie Center Mall along with other shops, restaurants, hotels and grocery are located for your enjoyment.

Tara Kitchen

Pat and I love hole in the wall restaurants and finding great cuisine. This is one of MY FAVORITE restaurants. if you find yourself in the Schenectady area during your trip, please check this place out. Its homey and delicious. Make sure to speak to the owner if she is there. She is absolutely lovely :)

Pennell's Restaurant

The BEST Steak and Veal in the area (my opinion of course) but please if you enjoy great Italian food, please stop in and eat here. The cut is expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Also speak to the owner, he is generous man who loves what he does.
