The Ceremony will be held in the field across from the Barn. Please do not arrive earlier than 3pm; we appreciate your cooperation with this.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
After the Ceremony, guests will walk over to the barn and will be directed to the Cocktail area.
Reception
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Sparkler Send Off
9:00 pm - 9:15 pm
At this point Cameras will be welcome as everyone gathers to send off the newly weds
Wedding clean up and clear out
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm
After the bride and groom have their send off, the wedding coordinators will be stripping the decorations and packing up the food. All guests at this point must please gather all their belongings and leave the area. If you are volunteering to assist the coordinators, please let us know so that we can communicate that to them.
