From Ciao to Amore: Our Venetian Beginning [optional]

The hotel listed was reasonably priced under $100, and one block away from the vaporetto stop (water taxi - public transporation for Venice as cars are not allowed). This is just a recommended booking location where we will be staying with our family.mVenice is humid. Wear breatheable clothing and good walking shoes. A safety note for Venice: the steps leading to canals can be deceptively slippery. Two years ago, Jane herself had a very serious fall, sustaining a significant injury from hidden algae and sharp mussels. Please, for your safety, exercise extreme caution and pay close attention to your step around these areas.

All guests are invited. Congrats! You made it to the Dolomites - you'll be hungry and this will be a buffet style lunch/dinner, please come and go when you like. Please take time to check out the area and the mountain as there may not be too much time the day of the wedding. Ebikes-Hiking-Rentals all available at the gondola station and around Compatch. This restaurant is easy to find, in the gondola building. If you are staying up by Compatsch village hotels near the wedding venue for the next day, and not driving, pls keep in mind the gondola stops running at 5 pm, and the bus that goes up the road in lieu of the gondola stops running at 6 pm. *If you are staying at a Compatsch hotel, you should receive a driving permit for check in and check out, which will allow you to arrive and depart by car at any time. https://www.santners.it/it/ristorante-pizzeria/

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The evenings are cool, please bring extra layers.

2:00 PM - Meet at top of gondola/COMO restaurant (Next to each other) 2:00-2:45 PM - Walk to Tsotch Alm (wedding ceremony area) Drinks & snacks will be served up there 3:00-3:20 PM - Wedding ceremony 3:20-3:45 - Walk down to COMO for wedding apertivo & dinner 4:00 PM - Sunset apertivo at COMO 6:00 PM - Dinner at COMO restaurant; All special meal/allergy requests will be accommodated 8:00 PM - Dancing and shenanigans 9:30 PM - first shuttle returns down the hill 11:30 PM - final shuttle of the evening down the hill

Get on a gondola, eat your pasta with the sound of cowbells and one of the most breathtaking views of the Dolomites we did not want you to miss. We did not choose this area for a ceremony because COMO has better food :) After lunch, take the gondola down OR walk down the easy mountain path with us. Time to Kick Off Your Heels

For the night of the 5th, we will go from the Seceda picnic to Bozen/Bolzano area, where we will be based. There are many options for hotels and airbnbs there. It's the largest city in the Dolomites but still full of charm. There are also car rentals and direct flights to London from this hub. Sept 6 - Sassolungo Coffin Gondola, Chance is taking Kebbie on an easy Via Ferrata, There is also sport climbing at the top of the Coffin Gondola. And a nice stroll down.
