What is the best airport to use?

Answer

Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is the closest airport. The hotels will be easily accessible from PIT via Lyft, Uber, or taxi. If you wish to plan for a private pickup and drop off to and from your accommodations, please reach out to our wedding planner, Tori Rippole at hello@laeventor.com, and she can provide additional details on pricing and services.

Once you receive your formal invitation, the deadline to RSVP is September 1st.

This is not a problem! You will list any dietary restrictions as you complete your RSVP.

Our dress code is Black Tie Optional.

Will transportation be provided for any guests utilizing the room blocks?

Answer

Yes! You may utilize the shuttle service that will be provided for our guests to our ceremony and following our reception from The Oaklander Hotel, Autograph Collection and Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center.

Yes! There is a parking lot at Carnegie Museums for guests to utilize.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:30PM, and our planning team will direct you to your location. Please arrange to arrive earlier than 5:30PM. You can begin to take your seats at 5:00PM for a 5:30PM ceremony start.
