Our ceremony will begin at 5:30PM, and our planning team will direct you to your location. Please arrange to arrive earlier than 5:30PM. You can begin to take your seats at 5:00PM for a 5:30PM ceremony start. Parking is available within the parking lot at Carnegie Museums, or you may utilize the shuttle service that will be provided for our guests to our ceremony and following our reception from The Oaklander Hotel, Autograph Collection and Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh University Center.

Immediately following our ceremony, cocktail hour will take place from 6:00PM - 7:00PM on the balcony of the Music Hall Foyer, followed by dinner and dancing inside of the Music Hall Foyer from 7:00PM - 11:00PM.
