What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm, so we would recommend being seated by 4:15pm at the latest.

Can I bring a date?

We are so excited to celebrate with all of our family and friends! However, due to venue limitations, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend.

While we love your kids, this is an adults-only kind of party! We kindly request that only those listed on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We’re requesting cocktail attire for our wedding at Bay Creek Park. We’ll be under a tent right on the water, so dress to impress while staying comfortable in the coastal spring weather, a light layer is encouraged. If you have questions about your outfit please feel free to reach out to us, we love a fashion show! Women: Long, midi, or cocktail dresses Men: Dark suit or sport coat with a tie

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The celebration will be outdoors, so we recommend planning accordingly for the Lowcountry weather. April on Edisto is typically warm and pleasant, with cooler breezes in the evening. We recommend bringing a light layer just in case!

What should I know about parking or transportation?
Answer
Parking will be available at Bay Creek Park or across the street in the Marina/Pressley's parking lot. For overflow parking please use the grassy area around the perimeter of the Marina/Pressley’s parking lot. There will not be formal transportation provided.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Unfortunately, Edisto has no hotels. Edisto Beach offers a variety of vacation rental options. We recommend looking at Edisto Realty, Vacasa, Airbnb, or VRBO. Check out our Travel page for more information. Please note that many Edisto rentals are week-long (Sunday–Sunday), so be sure to check rental dates carefully when booking. Some companies may offer shorter stays closer to the date if homes are still available.
