Casual beach day before the welcome party if weather permits. We will have beach blankets and will order some pizzas from Jonny's fav pizza place next door- Text Prathima 858-243-0407 if you are having trouble finding us.

Cocktails, bar bites + a taco bar and mingling! This event space is primarily outdoors with heaters/firepits. There is a smaller indoor portion of the venue as well. There are many places to explore in downtown truckee before and after our event. ~the details~ - Hosted bar for the first hour - Mehendi simple designs from 6-9pm - Karaoke from 8-10pm

Wedding Ceremony

Attire: Colorful garden party. Bright colors, fun patterns encourages! Indian clothes are a bonus but not required!
This will be South Indian - American fusion Ceremony. Guests to arrive by 1pm, ceremony starts promptly at 1:30 ~the details~ - Ceremony is in the garden - women please wear chunky heels or flats (No stilletos on the grass) - Indian clothes for men are kurtas and sherwanis. Feel free to wear a suit if you do not wish to wear indian attire. - Indian clothes for women are lehengas and saris - Please avoid the color red for the ceremony Please note - There will be a short gap in time after the ceremony for the couple to take family photos and couples portraits. Please take this time to change attire for the reception, relax in your room or enjoy the amenities in the village.
Cocktail Hour & Reception

This event is formal attire. Think classy, glitter, glam. You are welcome to wear what you wore to the ceremony or change to something glitzier
Small bites provided at cocktail hour with a full Indian buffet for dinner. There will be alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage options provided. Cocktail hour will be on a shaded outdoor deck overlooking the ceremony space. The reception will be indoors. Attire for women: Indian lehengas/saris, formal floor length gowns, cocktail dresses (anything you can dance in!) Attire for men: Kurtas, Sherwanis, Suits or Tuxes P.S. After Party

Come enjoy some small bites and drinks after the main reception. We want as much time with our beloved guests as possible. This is in a private event space in the Palisades Village. There is plenty of seating to take a load off your feet and catch up with other guests and plenty of room to keep the dance floor vibes going
