Julie was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. She went to Northern Illinois University for nursing, and has never looked back on her decision to be a nurse... been 11 years and she still loves it. She’s worked in several different types of nursing over the years but she loves her current job in an endoscopy unit here in Billings! She’ll be sure to remind you to keep up your regularly scheduled colonoscopies just to keep the conversation a little uncomfortable (just kidding!... kind of). Julie loves spending time with Jason and her 4 year old daughter, Haley. Being from flatland Illinois, she absolutely loves being in scenic Montana... although Jason hasn’t successfully convinced her to venture anywhere that requires carrying bear spray.

Jason grew up in Indiana and spent part of his childhood in Michigan as well. He spent 5 years in the service in the 3rd ACR, including a 15 month deployment to Iraq in 2007-2009. When he finished with the army, he got his undergrad and then continued to finish his Master’s degree in Natural Resource and Environmental Management. His summer internships and positions with various land management agencies sent him lots of places... including Alaska, Idaho, Montana, and Oregon. His love of Montana brought him back when he was looking for a permanent position! He is now very happy with his job as a Geospatial Ecologist here in Billings. Jason loves to spend time outdoors, and looks forward to hunting season every year!

Flower Girl
Haley is Julie’s 4 year old daughter, and she can’t wait to be a flower girl! She loves pink, Minnie Mouse, pink, dinosaurs, and pink. She’s torn between being a dinosaur doctor or a princess when she grows up.
