Village of East Davenport
While we’re taking photos, feel free to explore the charming Village of East Davenport (where we had our first date)! We recommend stopping for Lagomarcino’s famous hot fudge sundaes (be sure to bring home some chocolates), or take a stroll through the local boutiques. It’s also the perfect place to park and cross over to the riverfront walkway!
Riverfront Trail - Leach Park
Take a leisurely walk or sit by the Mississippi River. This is one of our favorite walking places in town, and is a great way to enjoy the day before heading to the reception. Follow the path up to the I-74 bridge for beautiful river views. Paved walkways mean it’s easy to walk in dressier shoes!
The Brewed Book - Coffee Shop & Used Book Store
One of the coziest coffee shops we’ve been to, and it’s open all day! Grab something to drink, pick up a book to read among the bookshelves, or play one of their many available board games with friends!
