Flight
Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Florida has plenty of travel options, but MCO is the main airport for domestic flights and is only a 34 minute drive to the resorts and our wedding venue. MCO has plenty of rental car opportunities, as well as other methods of transportation to get to our wedding destination.

Tampa International Airport
Tampa International is another great option if MCO isn't for you. Located 1 hour and a half away from Encore Resort at Reunion, it is another opportunity for domestic flights.

Encore Resort at Reunion
Encore Resort has plenty of vacation homes if you're looking for a more luxurious stay instead of a hotel room. It is where our immediate family will be staying and where our Wedding Ceremony & Ceremony will be taking place. The vacation homes have lots of space/rooms for multiple families to stay together. (The bigger houses have up to 11-13 rooms). So please know that this is a great option for groups to have lots of space and possibly cut down on costs. This is where we have a "room block." The West Side Rental Housing has access to the onsite water park, arcade, etc. and is closer to our onsite venue. Some of the vacation homes have multiple amenities, including a private pool, indoor movie theatre room, game room, etc. There is also a shuttle that will take guests back and forth to the main building where our wedding will take place, as well as to the resort amenities such as the water park. These amenities are available for any and all of our guests who *stay* at Encore during the duration of our wedding weekend. There is also complimentary transportation to the theme parks (WDW, Universal, etc.) for those staying on property as well. Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando
Located just 5 minutes from our venue, Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes is another great option for lodging. They have several amenities that include: 4 swimming pools, onsite golf course, and arcade/game room.

Walt Disney World® Resort
Just 16 minutes from our venue, Disney offers a variety of different resorts for guests. All the resorts offer free activities every night for families to participate in. Including: a movie under the stars at night, campfire - with free unlimited marshmallows, and pool parties and games where you can win fun prizes and dance along to music from the party cart.

For your convenience, we have travel agents ready to work with you to assist with planning your entire stay and helping you get to our wedding! Most resorts, Disney especially, pay them a commission so it's completely free to you to use! Rachael, Katie, and Sarah are incredible to work with and so is the rest of their team. We highly recommend utilizing them if you can.

Orlando Magical Rides
We know a lot of our guests are flying in from out of state and may not have their own transportation. While there is always Uber...we also recommend other (safer) options. Orlando Magical Rides is a company we strongly trust as they are former WDW cast members who were furloughed during the pandemic. Since then they have created their own 5 Star ride service that makes traveling alone, as a couple, or with children safe, fun, and luxurious. We cannot recommend them enough.
