Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our venue has a maximum capacity and we have exceeded our guest list. So if your invite does not specify a plus one, I apologize but the answer is no. If it was up to me, I would invite everyone and anyone, but due to venue constraints we have to stick to our invite list. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

We have a "room block" of sorts set up with Encore Resort at Reunion for the rental homes. But as for hotel rooms, at this time we do not have a specific hotel room block. This, however, may change as we get closer so keep checking back. In the meantime, we definitely encourage you to take a look at the nearby hotels, resorts, and rental home options in the area. You can get some really good deals. Feel free to visit our travel section for ideas, websites, and a travel agent to assist!

Question

Will there be transportation or a shuttle to your reception?

Answer

For those of our guests staying on property in one of the rental houses on encore resort property there will be a shuttle to take everyone back to their rentals. As of right now since we don't have a room block, transportation is up to you. I'd be happy to help you find transportation though as I don't want anyone drinking and driving the night of the wedding. There is also a shuttle that will take you to Disney and Universal if you are staying at Encore as well. We also highly recommend Orlando Magical Rides in place of Uber as they are former cast members with a super reputable transportation business who will get you anywhere you need to go in style and luxury. They are listed in our travel and lodging section as well.

Where is your ceremony and reception?

Answer

Good news! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are actually all in the same place: on the terrace! So once you make it to our venue, you're golden!
