Attire recommendations for each event are described briefly in the schedule section. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, beige, etc., as these colors are reserved for the bride. For the ceremony and reception, ladies may wear a floor or midi-length dress. Men may wear tuxes or a suit.
Mount Engadine Lodge is an all inclusive venue that provides all guest with breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner. All events for the wedding will be hosted at the lodge. All of our guests are expected to stay on site with us at the lodge. Guests do not need to pay for their lodging or meals.
The weather at the end of May can be unpredictable. When visiting Banff a couple of years ago, we wore layers; at times sweaters and other times shorts. We recommend packing a wide array of clothing suited for differing temperatures.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to the small size of our wedding. The lodge can only accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. As a result, our wedding weekend will be adults only (21 and over).
Due to the small nature of our wedding, we would really appreciate it if you could RSVP as early as possible. Save the dates will be sent out with a soft RSVP encouraged. Please respond to the Save the Dates with the Google Form linked within the RSVP section. Formal invitations will follow in January of 2026 with a due date in March of 2026.
If you browse our wedding registry and decide to purchase a gift, any items can be shipped directly to the address listed.
We highly recommend extending your trip and exploring the surrounding national parks! There are numerous well known hikes all around. The downtown of Banff and Canmore are really cute to explore. Check out the Things To Do section for more details!
