Where should I stay?

Answer

You might consider staying in either Providence or Newport, RI. The airport is in Providence, and there is also a lot to do there. Our wedding will take place in Newport. If you decide to stay somewhere close to our wedding, be sure to book your hotel early!! Newport is a very popular town in the summer and hotels may increase in price closer to our date and fill up fast.

How far is Providence from Newport?

Providence is about 45 min driving distance from our venue in Newport.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please make plans to arrive at the ceremony between 4:00-4:15. Newport can get busy on a summer Saturday and there can definitely be traffic to and from the beach.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP and indicate your meal choice by March 31st, 2024.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your invitation will specify how many guests we are able to accommodate. Please refer to the addressing of your save the date/invitation to see how many seats we are able to offer you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot for the venue, but it is a shared lot. We recommend carpooling if possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since many of our guests are staying in different locations, we recommend using Uber/Lyft or carpooling if possible.
