Denver International Airport or Eagle Airport

Denver International Airport will likely provide the most flight options. From the airport, Avon is about 1h 40 min drive West along I-70. The drive itself isn't too difficult and is incredibly beautiful. It does take you through the mountains, so it is recommended to drive during the day, as the drive does have some steep and winding points. Eagle County Regional Airport may not have as flexible options, but will cut down on your driving time. From the airport, Avon is a 30 minute drive East along I-70.

Piney River Ranch offers on-site cabins for a limited number of people for the wedding night. For the night of the wedding, the bride and groom, wedding party, and family will be staying on site. We will be staying in Avon prior. For all other guests, we have secured discount codes for a few hotels in Avon, which you can choose from below. Guests are also welcome to look for hotels in Vail or Eagle, if preferred. Falcon Point Hotel / Avon, CO - 10% Discount "from Martha." Call to book and say you are with the Pierce-Carty Wedding. Shuttle

AIRPORT TO AVON We recommend guests either rent a car or use Peak 1 Express, Epic Mountain Express, or Summit Express shuttle service. If arriving in Denver, it is unlikely an Uber will take you that far, but possible. WITHIN AVON / VAIL Avon and Vail have great bus systems that will take you anywhere you need to go. There are also Ubers. AVON TO VENUE **Important** The trek up to PRR is a winding dirt road for 45 minutes. For anyone staying in Avon/surrounding area the night of the wedding, we will be providing a shuttle service for the day of the wedding. For safety, we would prefer anyone staying off-site to use this shuttle, because it will be very dark with narrow roads on the way down. Shuttle pickup will be at 2:30pm at Wyndham Avon and at 2:45pm at Christie Lodge, taking you back down after at approximately 10pm. Those staying at the venue the night of the wedding, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the wedding.
