Getting to and from the airport
If you’re flying into Melbourne and planning to use public transport from the airport, the SkyBus is a really easy option. It departs every 10 minutes during busy times and goes directly to Southern Cross Station. From there, it’s simple to jump in an Uber or taxi, or continue on by train or tram to your accommodation. One small (but important!) tip when booking flights: make sure you’re flying into Melbourne Tullamarine, not Melbourne Avalon - learn from the bride’s mistake 😅
