Flight
Both Aerlingus and Ryanair fly a number of flights daily from Dublin. Malaga is also easily accessible from most major airports.
Travel Note
We recommend booking transfers to and from the airport, before arrival. Generally a 4 seater taxi its €80 each way (if you link in with others you can split the cost). For a 5 to 8 seater its normally €110 each way. 2 companies I recommend are taximinibus-nerja.com and transferpeople.com If you use transferpeople.com I got a 10% discount code. The code is PHIL AND STEWY. In order to use the code all you have to do is go to the website www.transferpeople.com and make your booking. Once you have chosen the type of vehicle and added your personal details, at the bottom of the page you will see a field entitled 'Coupon', this is where you need to insert the code. You can then proceed to make the payment, and the discount will be applied automatically. VERY IMPORTANT THE RETURN TRIP TIME IS THE TIME YOU WANT TO BE PICKED UP AT TO RETURN TO THE AIRPORT
Travel Note
Here is some places on Booking.com that are very central. We would advise to arrange your accommodation in Nerja City Centre, close to Balcón de Europa.
Travel Note
If you want to do public transport to Nerja, its a train ride from the airport to Malaga city centre station (which takes approx. 10 mins, tickets can be purchased at the airport train station), then a 5 min walk to the main bus station. From here its a 1 and a half hour bus journey to Nerja. Tickets for this bus can be booked online or purchased at the train station (from the Alsa ticket desk).
