Otavalo Day Tour

Casual Attire

Guests may elect to join a tour of Otavalo city and its surrounds. Otavalo is located about an 1.5 hours north of Quito, at the base of the towering peaks of Imbabura (15,190 ft), Cotacachi (16,388 ft), and Mojanda volcanoes. The indigenous Otavalo people are famous for weaving textiles, which are sold at the market in the "Plaza de los Ponchos". We anticipate the tour will visit the Cuicocha Lagoon, with stunning views (and alpacas!), finally arriving at the Otavalo market. Before returning back to Quito, the tour will visit Cotacachi Leather Town and have lunch. Price: $105.

Quito Tour

9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Casual

The tour will first visit Quito's old town, which was among the first designated "UNESCO World Cultural Heritage sites", and its many impressive churches, including the Church of Saint Francis, Santo Domingo Church and the Cathedral. Buses will then take the group to the "Middle of the Earth" - where you can stand with one foot in the Northern Hemisphere and the other in South! Price: $95 #latitudezerowedding

Ceremony
