Maggie and her husband Daniel have kindly agreed to duel for who will be our officiant for our wedding. 

Maggie is one of Emily’s first friends in Seattle (whether Maggie knows this or not) introduced by a mutual friend. Maggie and Daniel have since moved to California, which works out perfectly when Emily is there for Navy purposes. Nothing like a paid trip to see wonderful friends!

While his wife Maggie is the professional, Daniel has been known to perform a ceremony or two as well. 

The bride has requested the Goodwins battle in whichever way they see fit for the winner to be the one to perform the ceremony. 

(Very likely that it will just be Maggie and no actual duel or battle will occur, but one can dream)
