Are our kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids - seriously, we do! But due to the size of our families we cannot accommodate any more littles. If you need help looking for a babysitter, please contact Zain.

What do I do if the hotels run out of rooms?

Answer

During these dates the city of Indianapolis has quite a few events going on, which means hotels are booking up fast. This is why it is very important to call one of the hotels listed on the Travel page as soon as you know your travel dates. The sooner the better! If you are in no luck, or simply not sure which areas to look in for other hotels or air bnb rental, please contact Zain and she will happily help!

Can I bring a date, or a friend?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you and whomever else is listed on the invitation.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

We will try our best to provide shuttles for guests staying in all the hotels. However, if the hotel you’re staying in does not meet the minimum required for shuttle service, we kindly ask that you take an UBER or Lyft ride. The distance from each hotel to the venue is no more than 20 minutes. Should you decide to drive, there will be free parking at the venue. Most importantly, to ensure your safety, please drink responsibly and plan for an UBER or Lyft ride home.

YES! Please notify Zain as soon as possible.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 2, 2021. There will be assigned table seating. If you do not RSVP, you will not have a place setting, meaning you will not have a seat or be served dinner. So to avoid any awkwardness, pretty please, RSVP.
