Portland is very accessible with drive times to most spots being around 15/20 minutes. Some fun locations to stay that are opposite of downtown would be the the following streets/neighborhoods. NE Fremont, NE Mississippi, NE Broadway, SE Hawthorne, SE Belmont, SE Division, and of course the NE Alberta district where we live!
