When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony by 2 pm to give yourself enough time to get to the location and be seated before the ceremony starts at 2:30 pm. Please note that there is NO reserved parking and this is at a public park. Give yourself enough time to find parking or plan to utilize public transportation or ride share services (Uber, Lyft). Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are held at the same location. However, there is NO reserved parking. There are two small parking lots available to park in by the Hoyt Arboretum Visitor's Center for a fee. Parking costs $2.40/hour or $9.60/day and is enforced from 9:30am to 8pm daily, including holidays. Meters take credit cards and coins, or use Parking Kitty to pay with your phone. We recommend to use ride sharing services or public transportation. What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Suits, dress shirts and ties, floor-length gowns, fancy cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits are all welcomed. Please do NOT wear the following colors: Burnt Orange, Forest/OD Green, Brown, or White.

What if I don't have Venmo for the registry?

Answer

Just reach out to Bre and Peter about other options. We chose the Venmo option because the other option would charge you all a processing fee!!! (those bastards!)

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing beer and wine for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks once the ceremony has concluded.
