We kindly ask that all guests be seated and ready to join us by 3:15 PM.
The first four rows will be reserved, but all other seating is open.
Programs and bubbles will be placed at each seat.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM and will last about 20 minutes.
Afterward, enjoy cocktail hour from 3:50–4:50 PM with drinks, snacks, and yard games while the bridal party and family take photos.
Please be seated in the reception area by 4:50 PM. The seating chart will be located in the cocktail space, so you can find your table ahead of time.
At 4:55 PM, we’ll begin Grand Entrances—welcoming parents, the bridal party, and finally, the couple!
A short welcome speech will follow before the best part of the evening: dinner.
Dinner will be served buffet-style, with tables dismissed one at a time.
After dinner, we’ll enjoy speeches, dances, and then it’s time to get the party started!
Last call at the bar: 9:00 PM
Farewell & goodbyes: 9:30 PM
