Due to a limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite. For example, your invite would list "Your name & Guest"
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to all children including infants, toddlers, teens, and in betweens. We encourage everyone to use this event as a date night and let your hair down for a few hours!
While you will be dearly missed, please let us know by RSVP, as soon as possible so we know how many seats to save!
Due to venue restrictions we will need a final count by September 1st, if we don’t have your RSVP by then, we unfortunately will not have a seat and food for you.
Once invites are sent out, you will have the option to RSVP either through mail or through this website. On your RSVP, we ask that you write the name(s) of those attending, and the total number in your party. We ask that you respond no later than September 1st.
We want everyone to look their best, but still be comfortable. We ask for semi-formal attire. We also ask that you kindly avoid traditional wedding colors of white, ivory, and creams, as well as greens, as those colors are reserved for the wedding party. We're still waiting for mother nature to get back with us, but you can expect mid 70's to mid 50's The ceremony will be held outside, and the reception inside.
For the ceremony, we kindly ask that you 'unplug' your phone and enjoy the moment with us. There will be plenty of photos from McKenzie's Collective for us all to enjoy. You are more than welcome to take photos and videos throughout the rest of the event! We would love to see all the memories from every point of view!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30pm. We recommend that guests arrive between 3:00pm and 3:15pm to ensure you have plenty of time to park and of course mingle prior to finding your seat. We would like everyone seated by 3:15pm. If you happen to be late, someone will be at the ceremony to let you know if they are still allowing guests to be seated, or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. You will still be more than welcome at the reception! Thank you for understanding.
There is a parking lot available for guests, however we do recommend carpooling with a designated driver or uber so you can enjoy the night responsibly!
The ceremony will be open seating, with the exception of any rows marked 'reserved' The reception will have seating assigned, and a seating chart will be displayed so you know exactly where to go!
You will head to the reception area for cocktail hour! Enjoy a delicious spread of appetizers and drinks while the bridal party takes some photos.
We will have an open bar with wine, beer and spirits available. We want to ensure everyone's safety, so please drink responsibly and have a plan (there will be cops there after all) We recommend rideshares or a designated driver. TEXAS PEEPS- Alcohol may affect you differently at altitude. Please keep this in mind.
We will be offering a plethora of appetizers as well as a 3 entrée buffet with salads and sides. Please let us know on your RSVP if there are any dietary restrictions.
