3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We would love it if you would like to come early and help us set up and play on the grounds!
The pre-party is very casual - bring camping attire for warm and cold! There will be no rehearsal dinner or anything fancy, just a potluck; Bringing food is NOT mandatory at all, but open for local guests, if they want to do so! We will provide classic camping food like burgers and hotdogs, and a vegan option. Kids are welcome and there will be things to keep them entertained, and in the evening we'll have a big ol' bonfire after the work party! There will also be a brunch buffet the next morning, for people to eat whenever. The ceremony is at 2pm and dinner is at 5:30/6, so pls bring any early morning food or lunchy snacks you may want in between. Please let us know below if you would like to camp on the grounds or stay elsewhere, and - if you would like to tent camp - whether you would like us to secure you a tent. (We are expecting to acquire some extra camping stuff for people flying in from out of town and will be donating to the unhoused afterward!)
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
If you would like to have your picture taken with us (and we hope you will!) we request that you dress up a bit for the photos, but plan to change into comfy camping clothes afterward! :)
The ceremony will start at 2pm for the purpose of including those who may have to fly in on the day of, so there is plenty of time to get to the venue. Please see the "Travel" tab for more info on getting there! There will be a break for play time (creek swimming and summer camp-style games) between the ceremony and dinner, so bring a change of clothes or two, and even a bathing suit if you would like to swim! (It gets cold at night.)
3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Camping Casual!
After the ceremony, Chris and Michaela will be taking photos with anyone who wants to participate (see attire suggestions in FAQ). Starting at the same time we'll have various summer-camp-style games on the lawn. There are also a volleyball court and basketball hoops, and a little beach on the Siuslaw River! Weather this time of year is usually warm and lovely during the day and chilly (mid-high 40s) at night. See the FAQ for packing suggestions. In the unlikely event of rain, the ceremony will be held indoors, and we will find ways to have fun in spite of it! The basketball court is also covered. We will start dinner around 5/5:30, once play time winds down, followed by toasts, roasts & cake. After that there will be dancing inside and a bonfire outside, with music at both! :) Food will be a DIY mexican buffet w/ several alcoholic & NA drink options - BYOB if you have a specific drink you want! Please select meat or tofu below & let us know if you have any dietary restrictions!

Camping With Us?
This is where you let us know if you plan on camping with us, and whether or not you need us to help you get camping supplies, like tents and/or sleeping bags. Please see the FAQ section for more detailed info!! The short of it is that there is a HUGE amount of space for people to tent camp and have plenty of space around them. We strongly recommend anyone who plans to stay late after the reception and continue to party with us stay there with us, as there are no hotels/rentals very close to the venue. If you would prefer not to stay in a tent, there are cabins that offer cots and a few of the rooms are next to indoor bathrooms, but they are not very private and we will likely be giving priority to larger groups and families with those. That said, there are a TON of cots and we can definitely make it work for you if tents aren't your thing! Just let us know below.
9:30 am - 11:00 am
Whatever - just sensible shoes
This is OPTIONAL! We would just like to have an idea of how many people plan to stay with us or come back in the morning to help us take down the decorations and stuff to get out of there in time. Absolutely no pressure if you can't. We're expecting most people will have flights to catch. Once we are done packing up, we hope to be able to head to Sweet Creek Falls (which is about a half an hour away) and go for a lovely hike! Anyone is welcome to join, if we do. It is a relatively easy hike out and back, with not much incline and the falls at the end are absolutely beautiful. (The trail is not ideal for anyone with mobility aids, however.) It takes about an hour in total, depending on how long we stay at the falls - maybe we can bring some snacks and have a little picnic there? Hope you can join!
