What are the required boarding documents?

Answer

Non-Sailing Guests All non-sailing guests must provide a visitor pass (emailed up to 2 days prior to sailing) and photo identification (driver's license, state ID, etc). Children under the age of 16 must bring a birth certificate.  Any wedding guest who fails to provide proper photo identification will be denied boarding.  All non-sailing guests will need to disembark the ship immediately after the ending of the wedding reception. Sailing Guests must provide one of the following: * Valid U.S. Passport * Valid Passport Card * Original or legible copy of a Birth Certificate (issued by the Department of Vital Statistics) with a non-expired government issued photo ID (Driver’s license, state ID, etc) * Certificate of Naturalization with a non- expired government issued photo ID * State Enhanced Driver's License (only certain states) * A Consular Report of Birth Abroad with a non- expired government issued photo ID Copies of the following will NOT be allowed: • US Passports/ Passport card • Naturalization Papers Originals, or copies will NOT be allowed: • Baptismal Certificates  • Hospital issued "Certificate of Birth”

Will there be food and drinks at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving a delicious array of food for our buffet with a variety of options for dietary preferences and restrictions. The bar will also be open with a selection of drinks, including both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding attire is formal/semi-formal. Please feel free to dress in what makes you comfortable, but we ask that you follow the dress code to help us create the right atmosphere for our special day. Encouraged colors are listed in the image above.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1st, 2025 using the QR code in your invitation or the RSVP section on our website. This will help us plan for food and other details.

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We’ve registered at ZOLA, Amazon, and GoFundMe. Click on our registry tab to view, we appreciate your love and support as we begin this new chapter together.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

When you enter your name to RSVP any indicated plus-ones will be listed there. Additional plus-ones cannot be added seeing that there is a max attendance of 60 for this wedding. For those without a plus-one, we hope you still join us and enjoy the celebration!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture memories, we ask that you leave the photography to our professional photographer during the ceremony. After the ceremony, feel free to take photos and share your moments with us!

What will the boarding process be like?

Answer

* Wedding group will be directed to the podiums where check in agents will verify documents & passes. It is highly recommended that all sailing guests check in Online prior to embarkation day. Sailing guests who did not check in Online, must check in at Guest Services once inside the terminal. * Next, guests will be directed to the security scanners and the K-9 sniffing dog areas. * Finally, all guests will then be directed to a designated area for wedding groups to wait for boarding. * Guests must present the stamped Boarding Pass to the EZ Board agent prior to entering ship gangway.

Do we have to book a cruise?

Answer

No it is not required.
