Welcome Dinner

Beyond excited to kick off the wedding festivities with you all! Since we’re getting married on a cruise and won't be having a formal rehearsal, we’ve decided to gather everyone for a casual and fun pre-wedding dinner the night before on Friday, July 18th, 2025. This weekend is not just about us; it’s about the love, laughter, and memories we’ll share together. We’ll be hosting a cozy dinner at our Airbnb to welcome everyone and celebrate the beginning of this special weekend together. It's a chance to mingle, enjoy some delicious food, and share in the excitement of our upcoming nuptials! We hope you can join us to start the celebration early! The dinner is not mandatory but is open to all, this rsvp is to help us get a count for the amount of food catered. We urge everyone to arrive in Galveston Friday night to afford them a stress-free time to get ready for the 8 AM priority boarding on July 19th, 2025. Priority Boarding-Wedding RSVP

For our wedding guests, we’ve arranged a special priority boarding experience! Please join us at the port at 8:00 AM sharp for a smooth and seamless check-in process. Please remember that legal forms of identification (such as a passport or driver’s license) will be required to board. This is the perfect time to get settled and ready to begin the celebration, with early access to avoid any rush. We can’t wait to welcome you aboard as we kick off this unforgettable journey! All guest must be present for priority boarding to take place. We appreciate all those in advance who do not delay the boarding process. All guest will need a form of identification to board regardless of booking a cruise. All guest will need to arrive to check-in dressed for the ceremony/reception. See you at port! :)
Ceremony Details
11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We’re so excited to say "I do" surrounded by the people we love most. Our ceremony will be a heartfelt and intimate moment where we exchange vows and celebrate love. The ceremony and reception will be indoors.
Reception Details
12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Let the bubbly begin! Join us as we dance, dine, and make memories together! After the ceremony, we’ll gather for a fun and elegant reception filled with delicious food, lively music, and plenty of love. Should you have any food allergies please alert the onsite staff and they will make the necessary accommodations.
Disembarking Guests
3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Once the reception concludes, we kindly ask that guests who are not sailing on the cruise to disembark the ship. For your convenience, we’ll provide clear instructions and assistance to ensure a smooth departure. For those joining us on the cruise, you will stay aboard and continue the celebration as we set sail for the next adventure! We’re so excited to have you all with us for this unforgettable experience, whether you’re staying on board or heading back to shore.
