Our ceremony will be short and small for our closest family and friends only. It will be taking place outdoor near the entrance of the grounds. Please follow the crowd & appropriate signs that will be posted for gathering and for golf carts, pit bikes, and cars that are driven to the ceremony area for guest convenience.
3:00 pm
Following the ceremony; please head to the reserved space near the Torque Alley bar for a cocktail hour. For all guests who do not plan on racing, the bar will be open at this time along with music to start. For all other guests or racing guests who cannot drink alcohol prior to racing, non-alcoholic beverages will be served as this time as well.
3:45 pm
Casual attire for racers at this time is acceptable. All other guests are requested to remain in Cocktail Attire.
At this time; the couple requests a racing interlude. They invite all guests to join them in their hobby & passion. Please note; this event is open to the public. Racing will be taking place throughout the entire day. *All attendees who plan on racing - If you choose to race. Please be responsible. See FAQ for more information.*
5:00 pm
Following the interlude; guests can make their way to the reserved pavilion next to the concession stand for the meal. Please join the couple in having traditional race track food to fit the theme of their big day.
6:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear nice dresses or sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, dressy shirts and nice pants. NO denim or t-shirts please.
At this time, the couple will join the remainder of the guests in the reserved pavilion for their first dance, the grand march & dancing for the remainder of the night.
