John Wayne Airport (SNA)
SNA is sometimes on the pricier side than LAX; however, we find that the flights to SNA tend to save us on stress. Navigating the airport is not nearly as complicated, and it is much easier to get out of/find a ride from. If you are staying in Orange (or somewhere in Orange County), you will also find SNA to be much closer to your accommodation.

Long Beach Airport (LGB)
Another smaller, easy to navigate airport. A bit closer to Orange than LAX, but farther than SNA.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
LAX is a busy airport -- however, it's typically more affordable and is close to a lot of attractions in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. You may end up paying the mental toll of navigating traffic, finding a ride or getting an uber. Note that it'll be likely an hour/hour and a half from LAX to Orange.
