We met as friends through Michael's Best Man, Hayden. We were all part of a band together -- Michael played piano and guitar, Molly sang. Throughout college, we'd meet up to play and sometimes write with our friends. For some time we stayed friends, and when Molly went to intern in London, Michael would check in on her, to ensure she was safe. Upon arriving back in the US, we started hanging out one on one, studying together, until one day we found ourselves watching the Mr Rogers Movie accidentally by ourselves... Michael took a risk and put his arm around her, and that was it. Molly's next words were "what do we do now?" and here we are now, 3 years later, getting ready for our wedding day!

When we became more serious, we discussed marriage together and what it might look like while we sat on a park bench on top of a hill, watching the sunset. 6 months later, Michael surprised Molly, taking her to that same sunset park bench to pop the question; under the guise of a "dinner and movie." After we chowed down on some wood fired pizza at our favorite spot, Molly was surprised once again by an engagement party at her house, where we celebrated with our closest friends and family with snacks, drinks, games, and laughs. We felt so lucky to have each other and to have our friends.
