One of our favorite restaurants anywhere. There is no menu, and they simply bring you small plates asking after each if you are ready for another until you are full. We've never gotten past 4, but go with another person and split each course to try 8+. It's an ode to maíz /corn and the flavors of Mexico. Limited/shared seating with open kitchen and no reservations, means go early and prepare to wait (or pivot to a nearby restaurant if needed).
Interested in trying mezcal - if so, check out La Clandestina (Xuni is another great option)
