Denver International Airport (DIA)

From DIA to Steamboat Springs, Colorado is about a 3 hour drive. There are shuttle options as well as rental car options. From April 8-November 5 Southwest has one flight per day from DEN to HDN. From April 6-November 19 there are up to 3 daily flights on United Express from DEN to HDN. Driving directions: Take I-70 West through the Eisenhower Tunnel to Silverthorne, Exit 205 (67 miles). At the exit, follow CO-9 North towards Kremmling (37 miles). In Kremmling, head West along US-40 to Steamboat Springs (53 miles).

Yampa Valley Regional Airport (HDN)

The drive from HDN to downtown Steamboat Springs, CO is about a 28 minute drive. Steamboat offers many options once you're in town that include shuttle service, private transfers, taxi and limousine service, rental cars and free city-wide bus service. From June 6-October 31 Southwest has flights from Dallas (DAL) to HDN every Saturday and Sunday.

Shuttle

Shuttle from The Steamboat Grand to the ceremony

A shuttle will be picking guests up from The Steamboat Grand Hotel at 3:45 sharp. There is parking available near The Steamboat Grand at the Gondola Square Parking. DON'T MISS THE SHUTTLE as transportation is required. If and only if you miss the shuttle, DO NOT USE GPS FOR DIRECTIONS. It will take you to the wrong side of the ranch. There will likely be several transportation companies picking up groups for various weddings so please make sure you look for the "Gegen-Stoddart wedding" signs on the shuttle door. Shuttles will return to the hotel from the ranch at 9:30pm or 11:15pm. Directions to Wedding Venue Site ONLY if you are driving (strongly discouraged and please let Meg or Payne know) Take US-40 to CO-131. Head South on CO-131 towards Oak Creek- go for 14.4 miles. Then turn right on county road 179 over the train tracks and go right. Then drive 1.8 miles and take a left turn. Look for wedding sign. Keep driving. You will pass over 3 cattle guards and see the venue below on the right. Follow the road down to the right to the site.
