6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

There will be light bites and drinks. If you are in town, stop by. We can't wait to see you!

Post Toast

8:00 pm

Wear sundresses/cocktail dresses for the ladies and jackets and pants for the guys.

We will stay here after our rehearsal dinner if you want to stop by! We will be outside on the lower lawn by the river.

Ceremony

5:00 pm

Semi-formal with western flair! Suits for the guys. For the ladies think cocktail dresses not sundresses. Do not wear stilettos as you will be on grass for a good part of the evening- wedges, flats, or boots are your best bet! Cowboy boots and hats encouraged. There is an outdoor space that can get a little chilly at night- we recommend bringing a shawl or light jacket.

A shuttle will be picking guests up from The Steamboat Grand Hotel at 3:45 sharp. There is parking available near The Steamboat Grand at the Gondola Square Parking. DON'T MISS THE SHUTTLE as transportation is required. If and only if you miss the shuttle, DO NOT USE GPS FOR DIRECTIONS. It will take you to the wrong side of the ranch. See FAQ for specific directions. There will likely be several transportation companies picking up groups for various weddings so please make sure you look for the "Gegen-Stoddart wedding" signs on the shuttle door. Shuttles will return to the hotel from the ranch at 9:30pm or 11:15pm.
