This is a super yummy Thai spot in downtown Bend. It is popular for a reason and you need reservations in advance, but it is definitely worth doing! Always a crowd favorite.
A fun tapas bar with cocktails and small plates for meat eaters, vegetarians, gluten free or vegans.
Classic Mexican. Tasty pitchers of margaritas!
Very expensive, but if you are looking to get an amazing steak, this is the spot. We only go here on Paul's Birthday because it is generally out of our price range, but it is Paul's favorite restaurant and you will definitely have a really enjoyable experience!
Also a bit pricey, but has really delicious food and cocktails. Was actually featured on the Guy Fieri show, Diners, Drive ins and Dives. Although, I would categorize it more upscale than that. If you go you, have to get the bbq shrimp appetizer, it will not disappoint!
Some pub food, cool brewery right downtown on the river.
Definitely more touristy, but likely to have a table if you are in a pinch and can't find a spot!
There is a full restaurant on site and also multiple other bars that are really fun to hang out at!
McMenamins has a ton of cool spots which is why we chose it for our wedding. There is a secret speakeasy bar you have to find called the Broom Closet. It is definitely worth searching for!
A cool outdoor hangout spot at McMenamins that specializes in cigars and whiskey. It also has other cocktails, beer, wine and small appetizer options. This is located in-between the Art house and the Ed house.
A cool little bar/food spot called the fireside bar that has shuffle board. Located in the same building as the soaking pool
Bar Recommendation from Becky: Super fun cocktails, and a really cool "loungy" atmosphere. There is also a room you can play darts in!
This is a really good cocktail lounge spot that Paul and I hung out at the first night we met!
Another really cool cocktail spot in downtown Bend.
Paul's favorite, a no frills dive bar with cheap food and drinks
Pauls Pick: Casual pub with board games and pool tables, very close to McMenamins!
