Things To Do
We recommend taking advantage of the location of our wedding to explore parts of Korea outside of Seoul. Feel free to travel to these cities, or different countries, either before or after our special day.
Yeosu
Yeosu-si, Jeollanam-do, South Korea
A coastal city 1.5 hour bus ride from Gwangju, or a direct KTX from Seoul (3 hours). Must-go stops include strawberry mochi, Yeosu Cable Cars, Odong Island, Angel Mural Village, and Nangman Pocha Street.
Busan
Busan, South Korea
Another coastal city, more known for its beaches and seafood. A further, 3 hour bus ride away. Must-go stops include Gamcheon culture village, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, and Haeundae beach.
Jeju Island
Jeju-do, South Korea
A small island filled with nature spots and themed cafes. A short 50 minute flight from Gwangju airport. Must-see stops include waterfalls, Osulloc green tea, and Snoopy garden.
