What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. Note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Ladies, please avoid wearing white or salmon/coral dresses. Gentleman, please avoid wearing cobalt blue suits.

How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests can and SHOULD arrive as early as 4:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Guests who arrive after 5:00pm will NOT be allowed into the ceremony site.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Coyote Hills Golf Course has a huge parking lot adjacent to the venue - everyone is guaranteed a parking spot! Complimentary valet parking is offered (but please tip your valet!).

When is the latest that I can RSVP?

Answer

All guests must RSVP by May 1st, 2024.

When is the latest that I can book my hotel room?

Answer

All guests must book their hotel room by April 30th, 2024.

What is the drink situation?

Answer

We will be having an open bar during cocktail hour and the reception. Nonalcoholic beverages will be served as well.
