Close to downtown we recommend: Aloft Durham Downtown, Cambria Hotel and Suites/Durham/Duke University Medical Center Area, Residence Inn by Marriott Durham McPherson/Duke University Medical Center Area and Unscripted Durham, opening summer 2017.
Further away but more reasonably priced we recommend: Hilton Garden Inn Durham Southpoint, Hyatt Place Durham/Southpoint, Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Durham Southpoint.

Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Durham is serviced by the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). Cabs to Downtown Durham from RDU run approximately $35. RDU is also home to multiple rental car agencies. Uber is permitted to pick-up/drop-off passengers at the median on the arrivals level. The Amtrak Carolinian is a New York to Charlotte Route with stops in Philadelphia, Washington DC, and Downtown Durham. For directions to the Sarah P.
