3rd Avenue
Cute main street area in Spring Lake. Pat loves the chocolate covered graham crackers at Third Ave Chocolate Shoppe.... then Rachel will pick up an iced coffee next door at Driftwood Coffee House or down 3rd Ave at Noon! Oh, and we can't forget our favorite pastry shop called The Scone Pony! Pat gets the chocolate chip scone and Rachel gets the lemon blueberry!
Asbury Park
Lots of things to do in Asbury, but we love going to the Asbury Ale House for dinner and the occasional trivia night with friends!
Marina Grille
If you know this icon, then you know it's Pat's old stomping grounds as he used to work there! Pat loves their margherita pizza (with no basil). Rachel typically gets the spicy sausage and sweet pepper pizza or the beet salad with no beets! Per Pat's request, this is a must every time we visit. Great place to watch sports at the bar, have a few drinks and enjoy some good food while watching the sunset over the marina. If you need a drink recommendation and are up for a bucket, Rachel loves the Miss Belmar bucket! :)
Spring Lake Boardwalk
If the weathers nice, we love taking walks on the beach or along the boardwalk. The address linked above is for the south end pavilion entrance. Since it's before Memorial Day weekend, you don't need a pass to get onto the beach! For all our Strava fans, this is the perfect place for a run! If you're feeling up for it, you can even run our favorite Spring Lake 5 mile race path we've done the past 2 years: https://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/975246925. The race takes you along the beach, through the neighborhood, down 3rd Ave, and around the lake passed our wedding venues! A nice running tour of Spring Lake!
