Squire's Castle
Right down the road from the reception location! We suggest stopping to see it on the way to or from the reception!
Downtown Cleveland
This website has tons of suggestions for things to do, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend The Arcade, Public Square, the Soldiers and Sailors Monument, the Terminal Tower observation deck, and the Cleveland Public Library!
Ohio City
Small downtown adjacent to actual downtown Cleveland. This is where Lydia works and where her first city apartment was! There are TONS of great restaurants and breweries in the area, as well as in Tremont around the corner. Also make sure to check out the West Side Market!!!
Edgewater Park
Best way to see the lake! It'll probably be cold and blustery but it's a fun adventure! Make sure you go out on the pier!
Ledges Trailhead
If you have extra time, we highly recommend a brisk hike in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park! The Ledges Trail is where we went on our kind-of first date and where Patrick proposed to Lydia!
Donuts!
For those traveling from the Dayton area! Make a stop at the Hawkins-miller grocery in Ashland on the way if you have time. This is Patrick's favorite donut store and every time he drives through Ashland, he always makes a stop. Be sure to get there earlier in the day rather than later. They are made fresh in the morning and will have less options as the day goes on. You will not regret it. (Get the cream stick - Pat)
Parkside Church
If you want to stick around for the weekend, we highly recommend attending worship here on Sunday morning!
Jims Open Kitchen
Old-fashioned American diner serving breakfast and lunch. We go here after church every so often. It's small but very fun with great food.
Paradise Indian Cuisine
Really good Indian food close to Parkside. Another lunch spot we go to after church.
