The Bride and the Groom have reserved a special time before the ceremony to invite close friends and family to take formal pictures together with the photographer. As there will not be time available for formal pictures after the ceremony, we kindly invite the following people to take photos with the couple. The shuttle will begin loading guests invited to the ceremony during this time and will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. We encourage the guests of our ceremony to use the shuttle service as parking can be challenging at the ceremony location.

Semi-Formal
A private ceremony will be held with close friends and family at a separate location from the reception venue. A shuttle will be provided for easy transportation to and from the ceremony. Details are on the VIP passes. We will be having a short 15-20 minute outdoor ceremony, so dress to stay cool on a hot day. Your safety is important to us. The ceremony will be taking place in a public space, so we ask to please be mindful of others. The owners of this property have been generous to let us get married at no cost. Guests will be asked to stand during the ceremony. In the case of bad weather (i.e. storms/heavy rain/blizzard), the ceremony will be relocated to the reception venue.

This is where the magic happens! Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be available during cocktail hour. Dinner, dancing, and games!
