Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your littles, this is an adult only ceremony and reception. The venue is not the most kid friendly, especially in the winter! *Families are invited to the welcome event at Avanti*

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation states a plus one you are welcome to bring a guest. Outside of this, we have a strict number to adhere by.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, semi-formal! BUT, it is Colorado in the winter. Weather is unpredictable and most likely cold. You will be OUTSIDE for the ceremony. We will have blankets and hand warmers but we recommend jackets, gloves, and sensible shoes. (Ladies, its a mountainside)

What colors should I avoid?

Answer

White. Anything that resembles white. Anything that has too much white. If even you are on the fence or have to ask, yes too much white.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have shuttles leaving from the hotel. There is also ample parking at the venue. Mind you, 4x4 or AWD is recommended.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We are having a welcome party following a rehearsal dinner with the families. We will also take over Boulder downtown after the reception

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place OUTDOORS (rain, snow, wind, shine). The reception is inside.

Can you take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, BUT we ask those sitting in the aisles to refrain from doing so. We want our photos to be sans iPhones .

How should I get around?

Answer

If you are not renting a car, you can Uber/Lyft easily to and from the airport. We do recommend the shuttle for the ceremony as Ubers are few and far between in the mountains.
