No. As much as we love our furry friends, we have a limit on the number of dogs allowed at their property and that limit has been met.
No fires. This is at the request of the venue owners. There will be propane heaters and a propane fire provided by the venue. Please bring warm clothing as the nights may get cold. We will have some blankets available for use on site.
Yes! We will have beers, seltzers and wine coolers for the wedding, but feel free to stock your own cooler with additional alcohol or whatever you would like to drink the other days you are spending with us. We will not be providing cups so you may want to consider bringing your own.
Yes! The venue is taking care of all trash and recycling for us with the exception of cardboard. If you bring a cardboard box for some reason, plan on taking it back home with you.
There are a total of three toilets and one shower for guests to use. There is one "outhouse" which is updated with a sink with running water and flushing toilet. There is a restroom located in the barn where the reception will be held with a sink and toilet. The shower is located in the barn (separate from the toilet and sink) with heated lights, hot water and a space to get dressed (towels provided, but feel free to bring your own). There is also an eco toilet that will be set up by the venue.
Please RSVP by June 30th, 2024. We are sorry for the last-minute invite. We found this place "spur" of the moment and couldn't pass it up. We need RSVP's and to know if you plan on attending and which days, so we can determine how many guests we can accommodate onsite and inform you so you can plan accordingly. Our goal is to let you know by the 2nd week of July property lodging decisions. If you have any questions reach out to Pamela at 720-530-0915.
Salida is the closest, larger town and it's about 30 minutes from the venue (beautiful drive by the way!). Poncha Springs is about the same distance, but is much smaller.
We are not registered and we do not want gifts. We want to spend time with family and friends. That's enough of a gift for us.
Bring warm clothing for the nights. It can and will get brisk outside. We suggest bringing a telescope if you have one. The stars at night will be AMAZING and you can see the Milky Way. Bring whatever snacks and drinks you'd like to have.
