We greatly appreciate everyone's hard work to get to the Boone, NC area to celebrate with us. The wedding will take place during peak leaf season, which is one of the most magical times to be in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC and Eastern Tennessee. For those choosing to fly to NC, the largest airport closest to Boone is located in Charlotte, NC. This is an international airport with the most flights available. There are also much smaller airports in Greensboro NC, Asheville NC, and Bristol TN, that would have similar drives to Boone from the airport. For those choosing to drive down to the area, there are tons of awesome places to visit along the way that could turn the drive down into a fun road trip. Harper's Ferry, Shenandoah, The Blue Ridge Parkway to name a few. Please note that taxis in Boone are very limited. Uber/Lyft are not common in the area either. We recommend having your own vehicle for the trip. We will have a shuttle on the day of the wedding- details pending.
