Flight
Chicago has two main airports O'Hare Airport (ORD) and Midway Airport (MDW). O'hare is 25 minutes to downtown Chicago without traffic, and Midway Airport is about 20-25 minutes without traffic. Unfortunately, there is always traffic in Chicago, especially to/from O'Hare (I-90). O'Hare, however is a much larger airport that has many airlines and flight options. There is also easy public transportation from each airport to downtown. Choosing the airport you should fly into is largely based on what airline you prefer to fly. You can also search for all airports in Chicago with using CHI as your destination. United, American, Delta-Most flights for these airlines fly out of O'Hare, however they do have some flights out of Midway. United is based in Chicago, so you will find the most options through them. Southwest- Only flies out of Midway. You will not find their prices on 3rd party websites, only on their webpage.
