The Chicago Marathon is the Sunday after the wedding (hence the hotel prices  😬) .  If you are in town still, it is a wonderful event you can watch from the street or from a cafe.

Chicago Marathon Finish Line

We are not much for a lot of touristy things, but this one is our favorite! You get to see incredible views of the city and learn why Chicago is so well known for its architecture.  Plus they usually have drinks on board!

If you have some extra time, head over to one of our favorite restaurants where we first met and enjoy our favorite margaritas with some wonderful Mexican Food!

Another favorite of ours that is a true Chicago staple!  If you like steak and dirty martinis like us, look no furter!
