Stafford's Perry Hotel
The Perry is where we will be having our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks. It’s just a short drive to our ceremony and located in the center of downtown Petoskey, which offers dinning, bar, boutiques, and lakeside walking paths. As a bit of background, the Perry was built in 1899 and has one of the most beautiful views of the Little Traverse Bay.

Boyne Highlands is a beautiful hotel in Harbor Springs, Michigan with plenty of activities including; golf, zip line, hiking, and lift serve mountain biking. Otis Harbor Springs
The OTIS is a locally owned boutique hotel along the tunnel of trees. It is a quick drive to the ceremony and reception. We LOVE hanging out at the OTIS, which has a fantastic cocktail bar, open air courtyard with an outside seating deck, fireplace lounge, cafe, and general store! Please note the room block discount will expire on July 15, 2025.

The Cherry Capital-Traverse City airport is about an hour and a half drive to Harbor Springs. Please let Kristen Carey (248-330-0038) know if you would like to carpool with any other guests and we will try to accommodate!

Shuttle

Shuttle to Birchwood Country Club from hotel blocks: 4:00 pm begin shuttle pick up at Perry hotel, Boyne and then the Otis hotel. Shuttle returning to the hotel blocks from Birchwood Country Club: 8:30 pm begin return shuttle. 11:00 pm last pick up at Birchwood Country Club to return guests to hotels.
