Shuttle service to wedding and reception

Answer

THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE CEREMONY ISLAND OR RECEPTION. Shuttles will be provided from the Vail Village to the wedding island and from the wedding island back to the reception at the Vail Nordic center. Once the reception is over the shuttle service will bring you either to the after party or back to Vail Village.

Where do the bride and groom live and can we send a physical RSVP?

While we adore and love all your children, we respectfully request no children under the ages of 12.

Where is the after party?

Answer

The after party will be held at Chasing Rabbits in Vail Village. The shuttle service will be provided from the wedding reception.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. For men, suits or dress pants with a dress shirt. For women, cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. We suggest wearing low heals or flats due to uneven terrain on the walk to the wedding island. Our wedding event will take place outdoors with a 850ft walk to the ceremony site. The reception is indoors with patio activities.

Answer

Vail Village is considered to be east of Vail Road centered around Gore Creek Drive.

Is there parking at the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

There is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION. There will be a shuttle service provided or you can use a taxi. UBER AND LYFT ARE INCREDIBLY UNRELIABLE IN VAIL.
