Question

Where exactly is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be on our property in Royalston, MA! As of today, we do not have an official street number, but it is the lot to the left of '116 NE Fitzwilliam Rd, Royalston, MA.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle service will be provided for guests of the hotel and for those arriving on the day of the ceremony. Please plan to arrive at the hotel for the shuttle at 2:20pm. The first shuttle leaves at 2:30pm and we kindly ask that everyone arrive for the shuttles no later than 2:45pm. There is no parking available on site, so it's very important that you arrive on time or you will have to take a taxi (Uber, Lyft, etc..).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm, but we will have everyone arriving at the venue no later than 3:45pm. Please plan to arrive at the hotel for the shuttle at 2:20pm. Please refer to the FAQ just above this one for more information about the shuttle or visit the transportation page.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block with the DoubleTree by Hilton located in Leominster. Please visit the "Travel and Transportation" tab for more information in regards to booking your stay. Otherwise, there are a handful of small Inns and or Air B&Bs in the area.

Do I have to stay in the hotel block?

Answer

No, you do not need to stay at the hotel provided. Whether you plan on coming for the day, or finding alternate local accommodations, please plan to meet at the hotel for the shuttle.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No, there is no available parking at the location of the ceremony, save for wedding party members and vendors. We will have parking available at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel located in Leominster. A shuttle will be provided for those staying at the hotel and those arriving for the day of the ceremony. The road our property sits on is a very small and winding country road and unfortunately, cannot accommodate street side parking for guests.

What should I do if I miss all the shuttles?

Answer

If you cannot make the shuttle, we would recommend taking an uber or related taxi service to the event from wherever you are staying.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Wedding invitations will be sent by mail in late Spring or early Summer. Please RSVP soon after.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the wedding ceremony and reception are formal attire and our theme is wildflowers! , Make sure to dress accordingly since the event is outside on grass/ dirt, have fun with what you choose to wear, and we can't wait to see all of you fabulous human beings!

What type of food will be served?

Answer

We are still planning with our caterer at the moment, but we plan on providing a "Family Style" dining experience. Please refer back to this question nearer to the time of the event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. To be determined if we will have a babysitter available for the Reception. We will let you know by Summer's end.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specified by your invitation, there are, unfortunately, no additional guests allowed. Your invitation would include yourself and partner, or specify "and Guest" if you are allowed your date. Please reach out if you have any questions.
